To help ensure customer satisfaction we ask that you read carefully our conditions of sale. All orders are entered with the manufacturer(s) upon completion of order. All payments are strictly non-refundable
We endeavour to give approximate order times, however these are given as guidelines only and in some circumstances they cannot be adhered to.
It is the customers’ responsibility to verify that furniture purchased meets size, color, and functional expectations before placing an order.
Occasionally furniture is damaged during transit. This should be noticed at point of delivery and noted on the delivery note. The furniture will be repaired to manufacturers specifications or replaced.
If collecting furniture, once it has left retail premises any damage is the customers responsibility (Excludes home assembly furniture).
When delivering furniture Marlborough Pine and Oak will endeavor to take all goods to their required position. The customer is responsible for ensuring access and for affording any necessary protection to his/her property. Further the customer accepts responsibility for any damage, however caused, resulting from this service.
